On the 1000 square meter ice field on the Ebisquare in front of the Mall of Switzerland, there were many highlights also this time.

The "Sport und Kulturverein Zentralschweiz" enchanted all visitors with shows like "Christmas o Ice" or "Skate Dance". In addition, on 18. December 2021 everyone could enjoy some live music performed by the Indiepop-Band FATE.

One of the biggest highlights was the Christmas concert of Zeltner Wiehnacht, which attracted many visitors on 22. December 2021 🤩.

We are already looking forward to the highlights in 2022/23 ⛸️❄️⛄

On the 1000 square metre ice rink at Ebisquare in front of the Mall of Switzerland, children and adults will finally be able to practise figure skating again free of charge from 26 November 2021 until the end of January 2022. ❄️⛄

Many highlights and a great program await you like ice carving, ice skating freestyle, concerts etc. 🤩🤩 🏒🧊⛸️

The spookiest pumpkin exhibition in central Switzerland! 🎃

An unforgettable experience for young & old! In October, the unique pumpkin exhibition took place at the Mall of Switzerland in cooperation with the well-known Jucker Farm.

From 1 to 30 October, our visitors were able to discover the extraordinary pumpkin figures and great decorations. With over 10,000 pumpkins, the artists created spooky, creepy and at the same time fascinating figures and scenes. Ghosts👻, spider webs🕸️, Halloween frats🎃, dark sculptures 🧟♀️ and also flying witches 🧙🏼♀️ transformed the Mall of Switzerland into a beautiful fantasy world. But of course our exhibition was also informative: at the info / service point as well as in individual shop windows and shops, different pumpkin varieties were presented and described 💬.

THE BIG PUMPKIN GIVEAWAY!

On 29 and 30 October 2021, we again gave away over 10,000 pumpkins from our large exhibition! 🎃

So many talents in one place - great!

On Saturday, 25 September, the UFA Talentbase 🎥 from Germany visited the Mall of Switzerland. They were looking for talent for hit formats such as "GZSZ", "das Supertalent", "Deutschland sucht den Superstar" and many more. Many talented singers, actors and dancers attended the casting - with great success! Some of the participants were directly referred.

Wow - we would like to thank all the visitors! The "Jumping Safari" 🦘 was a complete success.

From Wednesday, 8 September to Saturday, 11 September, we transformed the Ebisquare square in front of the Mall of Switzerland into a colourful safari world. 🌴 A place to linger..for the whole family! 👨👩👧👦

Bouncy castles, competitions, popcorn, candy floss, wheel of fortune...numerous highlights enchanted us all.

Summer at home!

The unique EbiGarden took place again this summer at the Mall of Switzerland!

Our visitors were able to enjoy the largest adventure garden in Central Switzerland with many free offers and events...

•     Nature playground & sandpit
•     Nature trail
•     Adventure swing
•     Performances on our event stage
•     and great summer highlights such as workshops, handicrafts and sports events!

Exciting workshops such as urban gardening, BBQ evenings, door decoration wreath making and much more took place regularly.

We also had weekly craft activities for our younger guests, such as making garden plugs or snail baskets. The active visitors* could benefit from our great & free sports activities with the ONE Training Center. To also support the region, we made our event stage available to local clubs for free. Many bands have regularly enchanted us musically!

We thank all visitors for this beautiful summer & visit to EbiGarden 2021!

SHOP, LEISURE AND MORE EM-MOOD!

From 11 - 26 June 2021, there was a lot going on at the Mall of Switzerland!

Our visitors had the chance to win many great instant prizes at the goal wall in the mall, 1st floor. We noticed that our customers are very accurate!

In addition to the goal wall, there was free "Töggele" throughout the mall. Families and friends had the opportunity to play in small tournaments and had a lot of fun. You were also thrilled by the great freestyler duo Mario Wiesendranger & Matthias Bösel. We mustn't forget the children's craft "painting footballs", which went down incredibly well with the children & families!

...we were able to put a smile on the faces of young and old!

The 2nd grade learners at the Lucerne Business School (WML) have founded their own start-ups as part of their training.

he products and services they developed were sold at the Mall of Switzerland on Saturday, 1 May 2021. Among other things, there were hand-filled vegan marshmallows, exotic mate tea with accessories, a healthy protein snack, a self-developed door trap adapter, a fashion label, refreshing drinks, an Asian noodle dish and a small digital gastro guide.

The market stand of the young start-ups was a great success!

Together with spring, the Easter Bunny brought many colorful Easter eggs to the Mall of Switzerland. Many red eggs were hidden in four magical spring worlds. You could search for them, count them and win great prizes.

THE BIG PUMPKIN PRESENT - HAPPY BIRTHDAY MALL OF SWITZERLAND

The 3rd anniversary of the Mall of Switzerland was of course celebrated with our visitors!

We gave away one of over 10'000 delicious & edible pumpkins including a great booklet with fine recipes. On Friday, 6th November and Saturday, 7th November, you could pick up this extraordinary gift at the Mall of Switzerland. We are very happy that we were able to give away ALL the pumpkins!

The last art exhibition at the Mall of Switzerland was dedicated to the visual work of a family that is creative with pen and voice, paints melodies and makes light music.

Their genre-spanning (collaborative) work inspires the artists and musicians Edith Konrad, Carmela Konrad, Michelle Konrad and Philipp Leon Fankhauser to create stories and creations full of poetry. In their joint exhibition, themes such as creation, nature and the enchanted come together. In it they find space for loud, expressive sounds as well as the sensually quiet.

The art exhibition took place from 30 October to 19 December in the 3rd floor mall and was a FULL SUCCESS.

Recycling Days 2020

Is metal equal to metal? How often can used glass be remelted and does the mayonnaise tube really belong in the aluminium container?

All these questions and many more could be answered by our experts on site! The visitors learned a lot and were surprised with a "metal bag".

In addition, our "MALLI" was on visit and put a smile on the faces of young and old!

In cooperation with the IGORA Cooperative for Aluminium Recycling & Ferro Recycling.

The big Easter egg adventure in the Mall of Switzerland!

Search, find and win! From April 8 to 22, 2019, visitors had the opportunity to search for hidden eggs on four large hidden objects and take part in a great competition. The hidden object pictures were spread all over the Mall of Switzerland and attracted many visitors! The prizes included excursions to the Stanserhorn for the whole family, a breathtaking boat trip on Lake Lucerne or gift cards from the Mall.

Let's go on the Easter hunt!

On Easter Monday, the Easter Bunny had hidden many gifts in the Kaleidoscope Kinderland. Children between the ages of 3 and 12 could participate in the Easter hunt for free and received an Easter bag which they were allowed to fill on the spot!

We are looking forward to the next Easter activities!

All the shops, restaurants and cafés as well as the wide range of leisure activities offered at the Mall of Switzerland have been back open for business since 11 May!

We surprised our first 4,000 visitors with a welcome gift in celebration of our reopening! Pots containing a variety of flowers and herbs managed to put smiles on the faces of young and old alike.

“Transformations” exhibit at the Mall of Switzerland

Paintings and art installations from Pius Felder and Jolanda Masa, two artists from Central Switzerland.

Transforming the mundane, examining the obvious. Pop-art psychedelics meet a meditational introspective to ultimately reframe how we view the world.

This art exhibit took place from 28 February to 17 March on the Mall’s 3rd floor.

“Rüüdigi Fasnacht” in the Mall

A throng of carnival musicians playing their traditional “Guggemusik” visited the Mall of Switzerland on 15 February to ring in the local carnival festivities for 2020 known as "Rüüdigi Fasnacht". Three different groups were giving it their all: "Monster Guugger" from Bueri, "Sonnechöbler" from Ebikon and "Chnuupe Sager" from Lucerne.

Nearby, our creative face paint artists were busy transforming our youngest guests in the spirit of carnival. We had a fantastic time!

On Friday, 14 February, two singers on the Mall’s 1st floor won the hearts of many visitors with their renditions of beautiful ballads!
