Noodle bars have been enormously popular in Asia for more than 200 years. Nooch means “munching noodles”. We’ve been serving fresh noodle and rice dishes, soups and curries from Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, China and other Asian countries for more than 10 years now. Nooch brings Asian street cuisine to Switzerland.

We cook our market-fresh vegetables and herbs quickly to preserve their natural vitamin content and avoid overly spicy seasonings to allow the subtle flavours of the many different ingredients to shine through. Our dishes contain neither glutamate, cream nor butter and hardly any animal fats. Most sauces are free of additives and preservatives.
